How do you price a custom project?
After a short, free analysis of the need. Where the scope is clearly defined we quote a fixed price. For a product that will keep evolving we work in stages with a separate budget per stage, so you stay in control of the spend.
How long does development take?
It depends entirely on scope. The timeline is part of the proposal and we commit to it after the analysis — we do not quote a deadline before we understand your process.
Who owns the code once the project is done?
The code written specifically for you transfers to you. The exact terms — including any open-source libraries used — are set out in the contract.
Do we need a finished specification first?
No. If you have one, we work from it. If you do not, we help you write it during the analysis. That often produces the better solution.
Can you integrate with our ERP or accounting system?
Yes, provided the system offers an API or another way to exchange data. It is one of the first things we check during analysis.
What happens after launch?
We offer support and further development under contract — fixes, updates and new functionality whenever the business needs it.
